Create your CareLogs portal

Start with one location. You become the administrator. Each facility is $499 a month with five residents included, then $49 per extra resident. Add or remove other locations later from the administrator dashboard.

If you enter a license number, it will appear on all printed PDF reports for this facility.

We start this location with up to five private rooms (the rooms included in the monthly price). You can rename them, add shared rooms, and add residents after you open the portal. If you operate more than one house, add those locations from the administrator dashboard—you do not need a second portal.
